We're proud to bring you Spell-Their-Name-Pillows™ from Alphabet Moon™ designed exclusively by Lisa Brawley and plan to bring you more exclusively designed products in the future. Alphabet Moon™ developed these products to bring our customers unique, customized items created from more than 80 Fabric selections and various trims to perfectly coordinate with existing bedroom decor. We assure you there are no other products like them.
Alphabet Moon™ welcomes suggestions, questions, and submissions of unique products for consideration.
LEGAL STATEMENT
Alphabet Moon™, Spell-Their-Name-Pillows™ are protected under Trademark and Copyright law and all such rights protecting our product will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law. You will automatically be required to adhere to such protection policies when visiting and shopping with Alphabet Moon™ or its affiliates.
CHILD SAFETY
All of our products are created with child safety in mind. Beaded trims are not intended for children under the age of three due to choking parts, so please take caution when ordering beaded items for young children. Some Spell-Their-Name-Pillows™ require buttons and should be treated with caution just as the buttons of clothing. Please do not allow children under the age of three to handle buttoned pillows without supervision.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
UPS Ground Select Shipping will be used for most domestic delivery shipments unless an order is being shipped to a postal box, in which case United States Postal Service delivery is required. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for custom made Spell-Their-Name-Pillows™. For all other products, please see individual ordering page for arrival times specific to each product
RUSH AND STANDARD ORDERS
Please be aware that some fabrics will be discontinued without notice, in which case you will be contacted within 48 business-day hours if a fabric you have chosen has been discontinued, and we will assist you with a comparable fabric alternative. We consistently update our Fabric selections and try to avoid this inconvenience, but due to high volume orders it is sometimes impossible to predict which fabrics will sell out or if our vendors will continue offering a specific print.
If you need an item sooner than the standard 4 to 6 week shipping time, please check 'RUSH ORDER' on your order form, and be aware that there will be an additional $20.00 charge for up to three rush order items per shipment. All ‘RUSH’ orders will automatically be charged and shipped next-day air within three weeks of placed order.
We reserve the right to deny ‘RUSH’ orders based on Alphabet Moon™ production schedules, in which case you will be notified within 48 business-day hours, if your ‘RUSH’ order is denied.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our greatest goal, and we will take every reasonable action to ensure that you are happy with our products. However, because most of our products are custom made to your order specifications, product returns and refunds are not given. Because of this necessary policy, we encourage you to double-check your order before submitting it to Alphabet Moon™. Double check your Fabric selections, trim selections, pillow letters and any coordinating gifts. Alphabet Moon™ will provide you with an order receipt when your order is placed and we advise you to keep this receipt for your records.
OPTIONAL PURCHASE METHODS
If you would like to place an order by mail or by fax, please print and complete the online order form, then choose from the sending methods given. Please note that you must allow an additional seven days from the time your custom product is complete for delivery when using one of these two ordering methods to allow for off-line order processing and/or order mailing time.
SECURE SHOPPING
The security of your information, transactions, and money is our top priority. We automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits, the highest level commercially available.

Alphabet Moon™ created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Our information gathering and dissemination practices are limited to diagnosing in the event of server problems and to administer the web site itself.
Customer contact information will never be sold to a third party, nor will you receive future mailings should you decline this service. Financial information is strictly used for your purchase transaction.
